The website is provided for information purposes. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, or attempt unauthorised access to any part of it or its underlying systems.

Services described on this website are outlined for information only and do not constitute an offer. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees of any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement.

An engagement begins when you accept a written proposal by email or signature and any agreed initial payment is received. Deliverables are those expressly listed in that proposal; anything not listed is out of scope and may be quoted separately. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before the additional work begins.

Where an engagement is in place, clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely access to systems, analytics, search consoles, data and stakeholders needed for the work.
• Reviewing and approving recommendations before implementation, and implementing them where implementation sits with the client's team.
• Ensuring the accuracy and legality of content, product, pricing and commercial information supplied to us.
• Nominating a single point of contact for approvals and responding to review requests within a reasonable period.

Delays caused by outstanding access, information or approvals may shift agreed timelines accordingly.

Fees, currency, invoicing schedule and payment terms are defined in the applicable written proposal or agreement rather than on this website.

Unless the agreement states otherwise: retainers are invoiced in advance of each service period, project fees are invoiced according to the agreed milestones, invoices are payable within 15 days of issue, and applicable taxes are charged in addition. Third-party tool, media or platform costs are the client's responsibility unless expressly included. We may pause work on materially overdue invoices after giving written notice.

Website content, including text, layout, visual design and illustrations, belongs to SEOAIExpert and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or republish it without permission.

For client work: on full payment of the relevant fees, the client receives ownership of the deliverables created specifically for them, such as content, recommendations and reports. SEOAIExpert retains ownership of its own pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates and internal tooling, and grants the client a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as embedded in the deliverables. Material supplied by the client remains the client's property.

Information shared in the course of an engagement and identified as confidential, or that is clearly confidential in nature, is treated as confidential by both parties and used only for the purposes of the engagement.

This obligation continues for three years after the engagement ends and does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law. We will not name a client publicly or publish results attributed to them without written permission.

Work may involve third-party platforms, analytics products and search or AI systems that are outside our control. Their availability, pricing, data accuracy, behaviour and terms may change at any time, and we are not responsible for those changes or for outages affecting them.

Search engines and AI search systems determine their own ranking, recommendation and citation behaviour. No specific rankings, traffic levels, revenue, conversion rates or AI visibility outcomes are guaranteed.

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided "as is" without further warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Any examples, benchmarks or illustrative figures shown on this website are for explanation only and are not a promise of results.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, arising out of or in connection with an engagement or use of this website.

SEOAIExpert's total aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by the client for the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the notice provisions of the applicable written agreement.

Unless the agreement states otherwise, either party may terminate a retainer by giving 30 days' written notice, and either party may terminate immediately if the other commits a material breach that is not remedied within 15 days of written notice. On termination, fees for work performed and costs committed up to the termination date remain payable, we hand over completed deliverables for which payment has been received, and confidentiality obligations continue.

These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by discussion before commencing proceedings.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date shown at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Terms agreed in a signed engagement are not changed by updates to this page.
