Last updated: 7 September 2026
01
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how SEOAIExpert handles information collected through this website and in the course of providing e-commerce SEO and AI search visibility services.
SEOAIExpert is an e-commerce SEO and AI search visibility consultancy operating from A-82, A Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309, India. For the purposes of this policy, SEOAIExpert acts as the controller of personal information submitted through this website and can be contacted at dips@roihunt.com.
This policy is provided for transparency and does not form part of any service agreement unless expressly stated in that agreement.
02
Information We Collect
We collect only the following categories of information:
- Contact details you submit through forms on this website, such as your name, work email, company name and website URL.
- Enquiry details you choose to share, such as monthly traffic ranges, platform, goals and the message you write.
- Correspondence you send us by email or phone, and our replies.
- Technical information generated automatically when you browse, such as browser type, device type, approximate region, referring page and the pages you view.
We do not knowingly collect payment card details, government identifiers or sensitive personal information through this website, and we ask that you do not send them to us by email.
We rely on your consent when you voluntarily submit an enquiry form, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website and in responding to business enquiries addressed to us. Where an engagement is in place, we also process information to perform that contract.
03
How We Use Information
Information is used to:
- Respond to enquiries and arrange strategy calls.
- Provide, deliver, review and improve the services you request.
- Maintain the security, reliability and performance of this website.
- Keep records of enquiries, agreements and correspondence for administrative and legal purposes.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing lists or advertising audiences.
05
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of providers to operate this website and communicate with you:
- Website hosting and content delivery, which processes technical request data such as IP address and browser information in order to serve pages.
- Email delivery and mailbox services, used to receive your enquiry and reply to you.
- Search, analytics and AI search platforms accessed in the course of client work, which we query for public visibility data rather than sharing your personal information with.
These providers process information only as needed to perform their function for us, under their own terms and security obligations. We do not authorise them to use your information for their own marketing purposes.
06
Data Storage and Security
Enquiry details and correspondence are stored in our business email and document systems, which are protected by access controls, strong authentication and provider-level encryption in transit and at rest.
Access is limited to people who need it to respond to your enquiry or deliver services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
07
Data Retention
Retention periods depend on why the information was collected:
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records, agreements and project correspondence: kept for the duration of the engagement and for up to 7 years afterwards, to meet accounting, tax and legal record-keeping requirements.
- Technical and security logs: kept for a short operational period, typically no more than 12 months.
Where information is no longer needed for these purposes, it is deleted or anonymised.
08
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights in relation to your personal information, which can include:
- Requesting access to information held about you.
- Requesting correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Requesting deletion where there is no continuing legal or contractual reason to keep it.
- Objecting to or restricting certain processing, and withdrawing consent you previously gave.
Depending on where you are located, these rights may arise under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU or UK GDPR, or comparable local law. To make a request, email dips@roihunt.com with enough detail to identify your records. We will acknowledge the request and respond within 30 days, and we may ask you to verify your identity before we act on it. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with a supervisory authority, you may also lodge a complaint with that authority.
09
International Data Transfers
We operate from India and work with clients internationally, so information you send us is processed in India and may also be processed by hosting and email providers operating data centres in other countries.
Where information is transferred out of your region, we rely on providers that offer contractual protections such as standard contractual clauses, and we limit transfers to what is needed to host this website and correspond with you.
10
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date shown at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
